Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead the audit process and year end reporting.
Manage financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to support decision-making across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with the COO to fully implement netsuite
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial best practices.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
