Job Abstract

You will play a vital role in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Working closely with the accounting team, you will assist in various tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records. Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and coding of invoices and expenses into the accounting system
Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Provide support in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial records
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and streamline accounting procedures
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or coursework in accounting or related field preferred
Prior experience in accounting or finance role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Payrate-$20-24hr
