Job Abstract

The Digital Talent Development team provides training, resources, tools, certification, and upskilling opportunities for Digital team members. The team collaborates with Navy Federal's leaders and business partners to identify critical learning gaps and recommend the best learning solution to support business unit objectives and enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with Navy Federal's University learning model and enterprise strategy. Measure effectiveness of learning solutions and programs.

Participate in a collaborative, team driven network and interact with multiple departments. Utilize and further develop technical and soft skills, business knowledge, analytical techniques, and creative problem-solving abilities. Provide professional execution of day-to-day tasks and special projects while working within established standards, policies, and procedures. As a Digital Talent Development intern, you will have the opportunity to support additional Digital Engineering teams through the application of data analytics. This is a Year-Round, full or part–time, flexible internship based on school schedule.
