This position will report to the Asset Protection Manager. Key areas of responsibility include overseeing security, Asset Protection, and general wellbeing for facilities, employees, and clients, as well as overlooking operational functions and inventory control.

What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
- The position requires open availability with the expectation of working evenings and weekends
- Overtime is sometimes required to meet the business needs
- Understanding of high-end retail and brands
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs of merchandise and supplies
- Ability to use Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
Preferred Requirements:
2 years of Asset Protection or Security is preferred

The expected hourly rate for this role is 18.53- $25.07. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
