Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

About You:

• Perform sample analysis using AA, FTIR and ultra violet-visible spectrophotometer.
• Extract and prepare samples for instrumental analysis.
• Log chemical supplies into the department and track expired chemicals / reagents
• Handle reagents, solvents, standards, and related certificates of analysis.
• Maintain chemistry sample shelf.
• Perform sample calculations and write up in laboratory notebook and report results.
• Perform U.S.P. identification and assay test.
• Conduct tests using pH and conductivity meter, TOC analyzer, refractometer, polarimeter, and other similar instruments.
• Learn other test procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with analytical instruments, MS Office and LIMS software is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Problem solving skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• High School diploma or Associate’s degree, and 1 or more years of experience in analytical chemistry is preferreed.
• Company requires a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
• All positions require dedicated team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
