Job Abstract

Provide administrative support for clinic operations; coordinate clinic functions and special projects as required. Assist Clinic Manager with planning, assigning, coordinating and controlling services for patients. Supervises and oversees assigned areas within the operational areas of the clinic.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year Related office management experience preferably in a clinic operations setting.
• 1 year Experience in customer service recovery and also exercising independent decision making during times of urgency is essential; while also knowing when to escalate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree In a healthcare related field. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Equivalency of 1:1 year of experience may be substituted for each year of college not completed.
