Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, you’ll improve the structures that move entire organizations forward. That's why we’re looking for a consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the design of the processes and structures needed to achieve them.
As an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess different organizational elements and identify where the organization needs to change in terms of design and processes. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. Your work will drive improvements to current capabilities through innovative workforce and talent solutions, process standardization, and improved service quality, while also unearthing new areas for optimization.
This will involve frequent client engagement in addition to firm-internal capability demonstrations to create demand within existing teams.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience delivering organizational design, organizational assessment, process improvement, strategic planning, change management or human centered design
- Experience applying industry best practices in your field
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience leading or managing organizational design and assessment, or organizational change management tasks or projects
- Experience providing human capital, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and employee engagement
- Experience at a management consulting firm or with the Federal government
- Experience working in an tech environment such as digital transformations, IT modernization, or IT transformations
- Certifications in Change Management, Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Organizational Transformation, process improvement, or Project Management
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
