Job Description
Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards, with a particular focus on healthcare facility requirements.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Monitor progress and performance against project schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues or delays.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and quality on the job site.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster positive working relationships and enhance project outcomes.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, promoting teamwork and accountability throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare construction, with a strong background in managing complex projects such as medical office buildings and hospitals etc.
Proven track record of success in superintendent roles, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on healthcare facility requirements and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant software tools and technology platforms used in construction management (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
Willingness to travel within the Northern Virginia and DC Metro areas as required.
