Requirements / Qualifications
The Baldwin Park Unified School District is seeking a Director of Student Achievement responsible to the Assistant Superintendent of Student Achievement for the leadership and administration of educational programs related to student achievement from TK to 12 in both general and categorical funds. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
-Seven years of experience in education at the elementary and/or secondary level;
-Three of which must have been teaching experience with additional experience in coordination, supervision, and/or administration
-Master’s degree
-A general background in discipline commonly taught at the elementary and secondary levels
-California administrative credential covering kindergarten through twelfth grades
Preferences:
-Experience with several of the following programs:
* English Learners * Special Education
* Educational Technology * Career Tech Ed.
* Visual & Performing Arts * AVID * PLC * PBIS * MTSS
*Science *Math *ELPAC
-Site level administrative experience
-Proficiency in Spanish
