Summary Objective
The Talent Management Intern is responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of an extraordinary people experience that differentiates Onelife Fitness from competitors, and ultimately enables us to develop, engage, and retain high-performing team members. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects including preparing content for a 250+ person learning and recognition event, redesigning our Learning Management System (LMS), drafting internal communications, and more.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time.
Create and proactively update Talent Management materials such as PowerPoints, toolkits, LMS pages, electronic forms, and more.
Run necessary learning and performance management reports.
Track and action enrollment requests, and certification awards.
Draft event project plans and follow up with stakeholders as necessary.
Coordinate dates with different teams as they relate to Talent Management programs and events.
Draft Talent Management communications and coordinate distribution through proper channels.
Serve as the main point of contact with external vendors for employee gifting, event collateral,
Assist in various Talent Management projects as needed – putting together materials, formatting, etc.

Position Requirements:
This full-time, 12-week paid internship is open to Junior or senior status students only.
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field (Human Resources Management, Communication, Education, etc.).
Ability to implement and administer. Must be able to roll up your sleeves and get the work done on time and with precision.
