Salary Range: $20/hr

What you’ll do?

The Welder Fabricator 1 will fabricate using various welding machines to ensure just in time proper supply of quality materials to the assembly production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting, setting, and installing fabricated structures
• Many other industry/trade specific responsibilities
• Basic understanding of using fixtures/Jigs
• Familiar with machines such as stud welder, spot welder, roller.
• Spot welding a single component
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations
• Identify and report safety hazards in the workplace

What you need to be successful in this role

• Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent. (preferred)

• Recommended Training

• Related work experience in sheet metal

• Advanced Training

• Apprenticeship program

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, Walking
• Manual dexterity
• Working in hot and cold environment
• Ability to Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
