Responsibilities • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing products. • Maintains Cycle count Master data file. Work with Management and Finance to resolve inventory discrepancies. • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. • Collaborate with management and internal departments to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, stock turnover, and order fulfillment. • Utilize inventory management software to analyze trends, identify potential issues, and recommend improvements. • Regularly conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile variances to maintain data accuracy. • Monitor order requests, picking, packing, and shipping processes to guarantee accuracy and efficiency. • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to minimize errors, loss, and shrinkage. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the inventory control system and collaborate with teams to implement changes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory. • Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate the receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. • 5 years Warehouse experience required with an emphasis on Inventory Control. • Forklift operator certificate must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire. • 5 years’ experience utilizing warehouse software or other MRP systems. Epicor experience is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Extensive knowledge utilizing inventory reports in MRP • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. • Must have the ability to function at a high level with minimal supervision. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload based on demand and current inventory initiatives.
