As Third Party Risk Director in the Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) operational risk department, you will be responsible managing the first line of defense third party risk that is constantly evolving within EO&T's approach to risk management. Third Party Risk management encompasses evaluating suppliers across all operational risk domains including: Technology, Information, Operational Resiliency, Processes/Transactions, Models, Reporting and Fourth Party.
The Third party Risk Director will lead a diverse team and enhance and improve an integrated approach for frameworks and processes based upon corporate policies and standards and, where applicable, industry risk frameworks.

- Lead the governance structures needed to identify, prioritize, and manage third party risk within EO&T.
Your Impact:
- Identify and quantify third party risks.
- Perform third party risk and control assessments, including documentation of process, risk, and control information.
- Manage third party issues throughout the issue life cycle (issue identification through closure).
- Develop and maintain key risk indicators.
- Ensure compliance with third party risk frameworks/programs.
- Enhance current third party risk processes.
- Provide oversight for timely and accurate reporting conforming to third party risk policies and standards.
- Integrate with the operational resiliency program.
Qualifications:
- 10 -12+ years of relevant professional experience in operational risk management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Sound analytical and communication skills, including the ability to think broadly but also be thorough.
- Background and demonstrated experience in multiple competency areas of risk management: Internal Audit, governance, third party risk, operational resiliency.
- Proven risk literacy – the ability to describe use cases and outcomes, risk sources and management concepts across business and technology domains.
- Consistent track record of effective leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $198,000 - $296,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
