Job Abstract

The Opportunity:

We need you to bring your contract management knowledge to the Booz Allen Contracts Team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems. You will work closely with teams across the organization including contracts and global supply chain, insurance risk, business development, technical delivery, and program management teams providing contract leadership, expert guidance, and support to senior leaders in the firm.

Use your expertise to capture, implement, and manage a diverse range of proposals and contracts across our Defense, Civil, and National Security Sectors. In this role, you’ll support every element of government acquisition, from capture to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, support development of proposal artifacts, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. You will participate in meetings with the government and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

You Have:? 

• 8+ years of experience with negotiating and administering FAR and DFARS-based contracts and task orders

• Experience with cost-plus fixed or award fee, time and materials (T&M), and fixed-price contracts, focusing on technically complex delivery, such as full life cycle software development, Information Systems modernization, cyber and analytics support

• Experience with independently administering a fast-paced, high-visibility portfolio

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:? 

• Experience with supporting GSA AAS and FEDSIM contracts

• Knowledge of OCONUS delivery, such as SOFA, DOCPER, and LQA, product sales, COTS procurement, including software and cloud, and supporting multi-tenant programs

• Ability to consult with teams on topics, including intellectual property protection, organizational conflicts of interest, and data rights protection
