Job Description
Collaborate with the project management team to oversee the development and construction of apartment communities from inception to completion.
Assist in the acquisition process by conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and budget analysis for potential development sites.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes, utilizing project management software as necessary.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Facilitate effective communication and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily real estate development, with a focus on woodframe construction preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and MS Office suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes related to multifamily construction.
