Essential Job Functions

Greets all guests in a friendly and helpful manner and in a timely fashion Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the guest After the guest is done ordering repeat the order to the guest When giving guests their order please repeat the order and show them their meal When in the dining area greet and assist guests Responsible for accurately processing cash and credit card transactions Ensures cash drawer balances at the end of the shift Processes orders to the kitchen to ensure their preparation Expedites orders and assembles items needed for the completion of the order Communicates with Team Members and Management throughout the shift regarding the status of orders and availability of the product Maintains a clean and organized work area Maintains dishes and other wares Maintains guest contact areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner (includes but is not limited to tables, chairs/booths, floors, counters, and restrooms) Stocks/restocks items Receive and stores food supplies Removes trash and cleans garbage containers. Rotates product according to "First In, First Out" to maintain shelf-life standards. Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards.
