The Workforce Manager will be responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management of the workforce. Responsible for analyzing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce with short and long-range plans. Collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders to review existing and future workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals. Collects, interprets, and evaluates workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting, and business scenario planning.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience standing up and using the Nice CXone application.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Stand up, and manage Nice CXone WFM tool
- Manage WFM team, including capacity planner and real-time adherence specialist
- Forecast, schedule, and manage the workforce in real time
- Ensure the leadership team is adequately trained and equipped to leverage the WFM Tool to support the organization
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that the workforce is aligned with the organization's needs
- Develop and maintain workforce management policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze workforce performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management
- Experience supporting Nice CXone
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
