Job Abstract

The DTC Retail Planner position is a vital role in our Direct to Consumer (DTC) channel and will be responsible for building financial sales, gross margin, and inventory plans for both pre-season and in-season time periods. Partner with cross functional partners to implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies. Review new store floor plans to ensure ideal presentation levels are met. Provide pricing and promotional recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Minimum of 5 years of DTC Retail Planning or relevant work experience. Curious, innovative, strategic and results driven. Strong analytical, verbal and communication skills. Highly proficient in Retail Math and Excel. Passionate about analyzing information and identifying risks and opportunities. Ability to work in a results-oriented team environment. Takes initiative to drive business and think outside of the box. This position requires some on-site hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely.
