Job Abstract

Work with Community Manager on ordering promo. Seeding for influencers, VIP, athletes, affiliate event and other marketing needs. Track influencer, VIP, athlete and industry promo requests and spending. Pack up gifting nicely and ship out. Be on top of tracking to ensure everything has properly been delivered, work with mailroom clerk for any shipment delays. Coordinate with Manger when ordering for VIP and PR needs. Help identify styles, order entry, tracking order entry to ensure product is on track to be delivered on time. Assist with photo shoot production/samples as needed. Help with sample organization when needed, that will involve hanging samples, steaming and keeping marketing closet organized. Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Ability to work 16 hours per week, in-person / on-site from June 4 - August 29 (remote hours are not available)Detail-oriented. Organizational skills Strong communication skills Ready to learn.
