Inventory Control Analyst - 1st Shift

Job Summary:
Incumbent analyzes the flow of all material in the plant for overall inflow / outflow of materials to be in an organized manner. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Planning team in order to dispose the uncleared disposition without quality related impact and minimize the production impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure product flow throughout the shop
- Analyze raw materials in Plant and classified list of all raw material for an easy to control
- Coordinate with Purchasing for reverify the list of material needs for production and identify "what to receive", "How many to receive" for an inventory control purpose.
- Being the team representative for the Material Review Board, working with Quality in order to coordinate with team status / disposition
- Strategically review the inventory and set up the process to manage the inventory accordingly
- Verify material and exposure caused by the order cancelling, demand fluctuate, or product obsolescence to be at the minimum level of inventory to be written off
- Review inventory exposure to utilize all overage inventory to minimize the write off
- Review aging outstanding order with Purchasing team reviewing and understanding unused material to be received
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years warehouse experience
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
- Ability to gather, analyze, and report data and trends
- Strong organizational, prioritization and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
