Pay: $25 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

Daily review of RTQ dashboard and ticket resolution.
Periodically review all disputes assigned to the West Area.
Follow up on all “Open” + “Assigned Tickets” daily to ensure a turnaround time of no more than seven days.
Review information with the operations and sales team to take proper action to resolve the disputes.
Work closely with LAX ZF-A to ensure ticket statuses are properly updated.
Crediting and reissuing invoices.
Ensure Credit notes are documented accordingly.

Qualifications:

High level of accuracy and competence in Excel (pivot tables a must).
Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and a hands-on team player.
