Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing quality assurance by conducting inspections, monitoring processes and procedures, and completing reports and logs to ensure that production standards are met.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements
- Conducts in-process inspections and documents results in various reports/logs
- Inspects orders going out to ensure compliance
- Aids in the production area to ensure a quality product is being produced; communicates and documents findings of any non-conforming product
- Ensure all first and last piece signs off’s are completed
- Will also be responsible for creating and completing daily reports
- Reads and reviews materials, such as job tickets, PDF proofs, and any other special instructions that pertain to the job requirements
- Monitors or observes processes to ensure that they meet production standards
- Ensures warehouse associates are operating within the process structure
- Determines quality improvement opportunities by collecting and reviewing data
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs
- Assists with Root Cause Analysis/ Corrective Actions
- Attend Production meetings and relay accurate information to the team
- Demonstrate ability to champion changes in production workflows, processes, and reporting requirements
- Supports Warehouse manager
- Follow standard operating procedures according to the department's guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer use. Applicant should be familiar with Microsoft Office.

Required Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in industry or related field.

High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
