THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will also coordinate the distribution of claim documents to the insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
Key Job responsibilities:
· Make regular “caring calls” to injured workers to ensure their well-being and provide support
· Coordinate distribution of claim documents to the insurance carrier in a timely and efficient manner
· Maintain accurate and up to date records of communication and interactions
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively
What You Bring:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English
2+ years of administrative experience within a customer service environment
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
The ability to communicate effectively with all levels with in the organization
Related workers' comp claims experience is a plus
*The expected salary range for this position is $25.00/hour to $30.00/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
