We are searching for a Manager, Digital Supply Chain - Global Strategic Partnerships who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnerships with world-renowned studios, oversee global content publication, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.
The Role:
As a Manager, Digital Supply Chain - Global Strategic Partnerships, we are looking for a people leader who brings innovation and simplicity to space and drive solution for supply chain efficiency, partner strategic engagement, and continuous process improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
- Hire and develop the best to recruit, grow, retain, and promote talents
- Own partner performance metrics, holding partners accountable to Amazon delivery specifications and continuing to raise the bar on partner performance, building strategic partner relationships with partner executive teams, consistently leaving it better than you found it
- Contribute to defining product value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Be engaged in product development with our product managers and our engineering teams, ensuring operator use cases are correctly represented
- Drive operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing product/engineering teams to enable automation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous supervisory experience, including hiring, developing, and leading teams with 3+ direct reports
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating complex program development cycles
- Intermediate skills utilizing Excel for data tracking and analytics
- Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
- Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management
- Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain/Operational Management, or business development at large global organizations
- Advanced skills with Excel and Access (or similar database), including data visualization, basic formulas, and pivot tables
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
- Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
- Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
- Masters degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $256,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
