Job Abstract

• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking policies and procedures.
• Understanding of risk and control and regulatory environments.
• Be an influencer of change and efficiency.
• Ability to analyze processes end to end and identify up and downstream impacts related to change.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives assigned by stakeholders, executive management, and self-identified.
• Prepare and present project notes, plans, and presentation materials to stakeholders on portfolio of initiatives.
• Establish cross-functional relationships spanning various lines of business and management levels to influence transformational initiatives.
• Create job aids and procedures for successful implementation of initiatives.
• Update Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) when changes are made to processes.
• Develop process flows via Visio to document key steps and decisions.
• Provide training and guidance, as needed, to ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Communicate with team members to collaborate on current issues, ideas, solutions for transformation.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Job Experience: 7+ years in the related field
• Language requirements: English
• Computer/software skills:
  • Microsoft Outlook: Intermediate
  • Microsoft Word: Intermediate
  • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate
  • Microsoft Visio: Intermediate
• Required: Possess a working knowledge of regulatory
• Required: Branch and/or bank operations experience.
• Required: Detailed-oriented balanced with global perspective.
• Required: Possess strong understanding of transaction processing requirements - cash, check, wire, ACH, etc.
• Required: Have strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Required: Have strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Required: Have strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills.
• Required: Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude and good team-worker.
• Required: Have ability to work independently.

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 annually - $115,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
