Establish cross-functional relationships spanning various lines of business and management levels to influence transformational initiatives.
Create job aids and procedures for successful implementation of initiatives.
Update Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) when changes are made to processes.
Develop process flows via Visio to document key steps and decisions.
Provide training and guidance, as needed, to ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Communicate with team members to collaborate on current issues, ideas, solutions for transformation.

Minimum Job Experience: 7+ years in the related field

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 annually - $115,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
