Training Program Administrative Assistant:

V2X Professional Services is hiring an early career Administrative Assistant to support their North America Automotive Technical Training Program . This position is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starting professional who enjoys interfacing with various levels of customer management and working with multiple managers and management levels.

This position pays $$22-$25per hour based on experience and skill set.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interaction with various teams on a local, regional and national level
• Daily administrative support for the Training Centers
• Compiling and processing reports
• Assisting in scheduling

Required Skills:

• Minimum two years administrative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers, key stakeholders, all levels of management and employees
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; must be able to handle multiple, complex projects and schedules in a fast-paced environment and deal quickly and efficiently with changing priorities
• Strong computer skills, along with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented and problem solving
• Willingness to take on new assignments, as appropriate
• The ability to learn new skills quickly
• Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting external customers

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
