USC’s Keck School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, is seeking a Clinical Office Coordinator to join our team.
The Clinical Office Coordinator will be responsible for overall communications for the division. This includes working closely with the Administrator and Division Chief to create and disseminate internal/external communications, developing new faculty and program announcements/flyers, develop and maintain division website content, creating standard presentation templates and newsletter. Launching division onto social media platforms and maintain presence.
Additionally, they will assist Administrator with onboarding of new faculty and overall faculty support, data tracking and reporting, and development of policies and procedures.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience, ideally 1-2 years
- 2 years combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision
- Must be highly detail-oriented with strong writing skills
- Work effectively on multiple projects, set priorities, and maintain schedules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive), Zoom, and Google Drive
- Experience working with diverse populations
This position will be Non-exempt and Hybrid-Fixed.
The hourly rate range for this position is $25.73 to $28.75
