Experience within an academic medical/healthcare environment preferred.

Position Accountabilities:
Program Planning and Management: Develop and communicate CRI program objectives, content, and operating policies. Prepare long and short-range plans for applications selection, systems development, and maintenance.
Program Evaluation: Conduct and participate in program evaluation. Prepare and present reports on program productivity and impact.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop strategies for marketing or promoting the program, including needs assessment, promotion plans, and events planning.
Security and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement security-related procedures. Conduct quality assurance reviews and recommend changes as appropriate.
Finance and Management: Develop and manage program budgets. Directly or indirectly supervise subordinate staff. Recruit, screen, hire, and train staff. Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and feedback.
Research: Assist in writing grant applications, publications, white papers, and presentations. Collaborate with stakeholders from various institutions on new initiatives and service opportunities.
