· Point of contact for catering clientele; handles all incoming calls and accurate database maintenance while building strong Guest relations via phone.
· Works to support staff in developing, implementing and maintaining their strategic business plans.
· Responsible for helping create high visibility of Piada’s food and beverage offerings within the industry and the public arena.
· Meets or exceeds set market sales goals for catering
· Creates and upholds company Culture and Core Values while working with Team Members and Guests.
· Cultivates strong relationships and gains trust with Guests by having a vast knowledge of menu and catering offerings. Works to ensure each guest has a tailored experience.
· Builds catering business through referrals, online and in person networking and cold calling potential catering clients.
· Retains repeat business by conducting effective confirmation and follow-up communication with Guests.
· Understands and follows all company SOP’s, ensuring team is knowledgeable and accurate in SOP practices
· Maintains and manages your Markets scheduling needs to fit the needs of the guests, while adhering to the set labor expectations
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Minimum 2-3 years of catering sales and operations experience with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
· Projects professional manner and appearance at all times, and communicates effectively with Guests, restaurant staff and the general public.
· Has upbeat, positive, and energetic personality to engage and build clientele.
· Must be detail oriented and organized alongside a creative and innovative work style.
· Adept written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
· Solid financial and analytical skills with experience driving sales and profits.
· Handles high pressure job demands while maintaining composure and exhibiting sound judgment.
· Sets realistic objectives and goals and implements the necessary steps to achieve them.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and sales database platforms.
