SAIC is currently hiring a USMC Regional Intelligence Training Center (RITC) Instructor at Camp Pendleton, CA. The RITC Instructor will be responsible for the development and instructional delivery of intelligence-related curriculum in support of training requirements at the Regional Intelligence Training Center (RITC).
Potential for periods of telework as approved by the manager.

Duties:
- Conducting and facilitating intelligence training as directed.
- Assist in identifying training deficiencies and requirements from operational units.
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of curriculum development.
- Provide training deficiency analysis, including evaluation, for training development and improvement.
- Conduct operational unit command engagement with intelligence training leaders for training requirements and coordination of deliveries as required by the RITC Site Manager.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years or more of USMC or related military intelligence experience; four (4) years of experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
- Significant working knowledge and experience with Marine Corps Intelligence including company-level intelligence, collections management, and intelligence analysis methodologies is required.
- Possess the ability to logically communicate difficult concepts to various audiences with simplicity, clarity, and brevity.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Marine Corps formal instruction and systems approach to training is required.
- Candidate must possess knowledge of sustainment training concepts, Mission Essential Task Lists and Marine Corps mission readiness exercises.
- Demonstrated experience in Marine Corps tactical intelligence.
- Candidate must have good technical background with a good understanding of analysis methodologies and intelligence processing.
- Must have working knowledge of organizational (USMC) operational and tactical intelligence infrastructure.
- Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to logically communicate difficult concepts to various audiences with simplicity, clarity, and brevity.
- Work independently and/or part of a team to accomplish tasks under limited supervision in a timely manner.
- Working knowledge of systems administration and networking.
Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
