Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Superintendent of Plant, incumbent performs a variety of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled tasks in the maintenance, alteration and repair of utilities, buildings, and related facilities and equipment, including but not limited to: basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural work. The specific duties of the position vary depending on work assignments.

Salary Range:
Hourly Rate Minimum $38.83 Midpoint $38.83 Maximum $38.83
Required Qualifications:
Must work overtime or alternate shifts as required to meet hospital needs
Current State of California Driver's License
Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, shop drawings and manufacturers technical manuals
Understanding of regulatory controls and requirements of NEC, NFPA, AQMD, OSHA, and JCAHO standards
