Job Abstract

To gain valuable insight into Navy Federal’s business, technology, resources and procedures by providing support in Navy Federal’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Talent Development and Communication (TD&C) team. The intern will develop and support talent development programs focused on mentorship, networking, and professional development for employees in ETS. Additionally, the intern will support talent management, technology resource management with active position management support, onboarding/orientation initiatives, and performance management efforts. The ideal candidate is conscientious, detail-oriented, problem solver, organized, and a team player with high learning agility and the desire to combine theory and best practices with practical, hands-on experience. The intern will acquire valuable professional experience developing and supporting talent development programs through independent and collaborative team projects, while receiving guidance and direction from the team and management. This is a year-round, full or part–time, flexible internship based on school schedule.
