Position Title: All Source Lead Analyst
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire All Source Lead Analyst opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have spent time supporting targeting, special activities, special mission units, special operations planning, and with interagency special collection assets.
Will be responsible for building complex client side applications and reusable data driven components that can be rapidly configured
Job Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Clearance Required
BA/BS degree in a related discipline and 10+ years conducting intelligence analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) certification, or military intelligence advance schooling
5 years of experience with data analysis in the DoD or IC
Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods, including the design, development, and management of statistical models and enterprise-wide surveys
Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification
Expertise with infrastructure intelligence production, and with facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft
Knowledge of network analysis
Expert knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries
Working knowledge in applying state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools
Expert knowledge of Army, Air Force, NRO, NGA and or structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products
Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design
PMP Certificate (or equivalent)
Background in Special Operations Support
Experience leading important fast paced programs
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for integrated intelligence production
Applies excellent analytical skills to research complex concepts and subjects
Manages research and coordination for projects
Instructs and interacts with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
Leads team in the production of reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers
Ensures that final products conform to customer quality standards and intelligence oversight guidelines

Salary Range: $110k-$196k
