Oversees development and implementation of requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports, and performance monitoring and control functions on major projects.

Oversees performance monitoring and control functions.

Reviews recommendations for measurement systems, cost trend data and schedule impacts, and progress reports for presentation to Project Manager or senior management.

Presents ongoing executive summary and detail analyses to management for use in status updates and leadership decisions related to cost/ benefit decision making, strategic cost impact, and balancing of adjustments in project direction/resource concentration.
