Provide excellent customer service (the WOW factor). Our salespeople own the job from the sales presentation through the installation of the equipment including any follow-up visits. Compensation is 100% commission that is earned once the job is completely paid for. Channel Managers run a blend of marketed leads, tech turn leads and training visits. Able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends days and evenings. Able to work individually and as part of a team to ensure superior customer satisfaction and positive working environment. QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years sales experience required. Possess the ability to understand basic technical information related to Service and Repair Plumbing. Excellent communications skills. Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service. Some college or technical school education preferred. Ability to drive a company vehicle and satisfy the requirements of insurance carrier. Satisfactory passing of pre-employment screens (Drug Test and Background Check). Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
