The Intelligence Programs Group, part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). SPA has an immediate or near term need for a FISMA and Audit Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Develops and delivers plans, assessments, reports, and briefings to the Government FISMA lead and liaison in support of their collaboration with external FISMA representatives in the DNI's office, other IC agencies as appropriate, and the NRO.
Develops and delivers plans, assessments, reports, and briefings to the Government to ensure that the NRO is addressing all issues relevant to FISMA and other audit compliance, such as privacy, plans of action and milestones, and Continuity of Operations.
Develops and delivers plans, assessments, reports, and briefings to the Government to elicit the relevant technical data and ensure the accuracy and fidelity of technical data including cyber security, IT infrastructure, and networks used to support and develop FISMA and Audit reports.
Senior level meeting coordination, prep, facilitation, and follow-up.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

FISMA and Audit experience
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Master’s degree with 5+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of demonstrated performance of the tasks above
Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Experience in Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or Federal Agency
Cyber Security strategic planning and assessments
