World Toyota is a leader in retail sales and service in Atlanta, Georgia. To keep up with our expanding customer base are looking for the best and brightest BDC Customer Service Agents to join our service team.

Our philosophy at work is this: provide a welcoming, friendly, challenging team environment and make sure that our team member have constant recognition for their performance. That philosophy, paired with merit-based growth opportunity, provides our customers with the most dedicated and professional service team in the area.

This position pays between $4k-$7k/month.

Primary responsibilities:

Set service appointments for our customers
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, or email
Exceed customer expectations and team goals

Here are a few things that we are looking for in the BDC Customer Service Agent role:

Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual is a plus!
Have a strong desire to succeed and advance

Student mentality
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience
Someone looking for a positive and work environment
Experience: 3 Years Customer Service experience (Preferred)
