This role will play a pivotal position in helping support our data governance & management strategy & architecture. You will help maintain and ensure our data systems & operations are running correctly & efficiently using a combination of existing tooling and tooling that you will help bring to the business. You will also help our development & data team implement scalable data infrastructure that will support our larger business initiatives. Responsibilities Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by managing current exception tools & innovating new tools as needed Develop and maintain automated data processes Identify and triage data integrity issues, database performance & operational issues Maintain data models and database schemas Develop and maintain documentation related to data infrastructure and operations Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, as well as maintain database performance and availability Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new data-related projects and initiatives Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. Partner with other Data & Development team members to implement backend processes for application development Qualifications 1+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or related field 2+ years of working within Microsoft SQL Server and Analysis, Integration, and Reporting and Notification Services Experience with data modeling, database design, and database administration Knowledge of Snowflake or other Data Cloud tool is a plus Experience with Python or other programming language is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages as required Pay Range USD $90,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
