Local Class A Delivery Driver - Union
- Pay Rate - $?35.00?/HR plus OT
- Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, day shift.
- Local Deliveries - CO2 Tanker pickups, could also be assigned 8 to 10 Route stops per day as well as internal shuttle runs. (full tractor/trailer loads) between branches or plants). NOTE: This position requires that the driver is willing to do route deliveries, shuttle work, and full load.
- Mechanical Aptitude Necessary - Turn a wrench, connect hoses, etc..
- Shifts Available - 5 day scheduled work week. Opportunity for OT is consistent (OT is anything over 8 hours per day)
- Schedule available is Saturday to Wednesday. Day shift, 1-2 AM Start Time
- Drivers average 50 hours/week
- Must have excellent attendance and be able to pivot into different roles when needed
- Ability to Load and Unload route trucks with electric pallet jack, forklifts and lift gate
?Additional Details:
- All Trucks are Manual Transmission.
- Must be OK with loading and unloading your own trucks for route deliveries
- Drive Cam in trucks.
- No electronics/Bluetooth allowed.
- Zero tolerance for cell phone and electronic devices while driving an Airgas CMV.
- Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet.
- Most vehicles are under 6 years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation.

Are you a MATCH?
- Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- At least 21 yrs old
- A Class A CDL with 3 yrs experience of recent experience
- Hazmat and Tanker experience Preferred
- Graduated from an accredited truck driving school and have a diploma this will count as the 1 year of experience. (with in the last 4 years)
- Confirmed experience driving in the military with a CDL will also count for the required experience.
- No preventable accidents of any kind in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.
- No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+, reckless driving, etc) in the last 3 years.
- No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for “Failure to pay child support”.
- No DUI on the last 7 years.
