Salary: $70K-$80K

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm

As an Accounting Specialist, you'll oversee financial records to monitor the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.

Responsibilities:

Maintained billing system and generated invoices.
Perform account reconciliations and manage accounts receivable files.
Produce monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.
Investigate and resolve irregularities, and monitor collections.
Track payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain records.
Manage vendor payments and improve payment processes.
Analyze accounts and prepare monthly reports.
Assist in customer interactions and answer phone calls.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and optimization.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
