Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and participate in internal and external project and working group meetings identify key issues, set meeting agendas, schedule, ensure team is prepared with their deliverables, pre-meeting preparations, take minutes, etc.
- Regularly communicate with key partner stakeholders as needed to move forward objectives, deliverables and plans
- Develop and execute integrated cross-functional project plans with established goals, milestones, timelines and budget to enable program analysis and planning
- Maintain and update Program documents, shared drives, and sites. Identify program issues or resource gaps and facilitate resolution
- Communicate program information and support development of program presentations to senior leadership, functional heads, and other key stakeholders as appropriate
- Support business analysts to translate business requirements to technical specifications
- Manage vendor interaction for program support
- May perform tasks to support network analysis, strategy development and implementation as needed by team

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care and/or provider practice
- 3+ years of customer service skills and/or client management experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and customer management software
- Project management expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively with attention to detail
- Proven exceptional analytical, critical reasoning, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven solid interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others, in a fast-paced team environment

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
