Position: eBilling Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA Hybrid (5 days in office to start and then 1 day in office after 60 days training)
Pay: $130,000- $150,000/yr (Depending on experience)
Experience: 5 years of experience with eBilling and managing eBilling vendor information

Job Description:
Manage the eBilling team to ensure workflow is properly allocated and completed in a timely/accurate manner.
Supervise daily activities, provide training, and manage schedules and workloads.
Prepare performance evaluations, conduct evaluation reviews, and other performance-related discussions.
Assess eBilling procedures to identify areas requiring improvement.
Develop solutions to reduce internal work cycles or eliminate electronic billing inefficiencies by implementing eBilling best practices.
Review eBilling rejections report, analyze trends to devise resolutions, and resolve issues between external clients, internal clients, and eBilling systems
Escalating material/aged rejections to Senior Management
Enhance existing reporting and developing decisions useful reporting to help expedite collection activities
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of all electronic billing submitted.
Manage new client eBilling onboarding and conversions to new eBilling systems.
Assist with new matter setup, timekeeper approvals, and rate increase submissions.
Handle matter budgets and appeals processes.
