Position Overview
The Sourcing Partner is responsible for screening and submitting qualified applicants to locations for per diem positions. This role tracks applicant progress through the on-boarding process and reports results to the Sourcing Manager and applicable Hiring Manager and VP. This role is responsive to sourcing needs identified by locations.
Compensation: $20/HR + monthly incentive potential
Essential Job Functions
• Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by state and location guidelines; work with location staff to ensure an efficient on-boarding process
• Post requisitions for per diem needs in areas designated by location
• Initialize, review and follow up on background and Fraud Abuse Control Information System (FACIS) checks; seek guidance of appropriate Aveanna staff regarding sanctions/criminal records; provide guidance to location on company policies regarding hire
• Utilize Indeed, Zip Recruiter and icims to source candidates for locations with insufficient applicant traffic
• Consistently document and maintain applicant information in Applicant Tracking System and in Excel reports such as communication, dates and changes in status, etc.
• Participate in regular Sourcing department call and in additional group calls as requested
• Track and report applicant progress to Sourcing Manager, Hiring Managers and VPs
• Generate new business through conversations with prospective caregiver candidates
Requirements
• High school diploma
• Competency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel; experience learning different software packages
• Previous experience in a setting requiring detail and focus
• Clear criminal background check
Preferences
• College degree preferred
• Experience in recruitment, staffing or sales in healthcare or related field a plus

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds

Environment
• Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours
• Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
