Job Description
Provide timely and accurate general ledger account reconciliation and analysis
Support and monitor lease accounting, ensuring accurate data input and adherence to group standards
Track and evaluate tangible and intangible assets including actively managing asset enrollment and validation and reporting to internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to design new and/or refine existing analyses and processes to improve the asset management accuracy and efficiency over time
Establish proper accounting and reporting of inventory
Oversee various month end closing activities and prepare group consolidation reporting data
Support in bridging the gap between different ERP systems and general ledgers to optimize accounting transparency and ease of reporting
Support team in preparation of financial audits, both internal and external
Manage, improve, and document various accounting processes
Deliver monthly financial close reporting deck and planning cycle reports, including flux analysis
Performing ad hoc analysis and projects to support leadership initiatives
Identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify accounting processes
Partnering with other teams and business partners to standardize reporting and forecasting mechanisms.
Perform ad hoc project analysis, as required.
Assist in development of models for budgeting, forecasting, 5-year plan as well as other ad hoc analysis including budget reviews with senior management
