- Consults with clients to maintain up-to-date understanding of their business needs, goals, and objectives.
- Leads initial interactions with business stakeholders, assesses the situation, and aligns on the performance solution approach.
- Develops and presents proposed learning strategies and recommends other non-training interventions.
- Creates high-level, performance-based curriculum maps.
- Advocates the value of performance analysis and diagnostics.
- Liaises with SMEs, Content team, and ISDs to drive accurate content.
- Supports a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organizational levels.
QAULIFICATIONS
· Degree in Learning or Performance Improvement or comparable experience
· 10+ years’ experience in learning development for the retail automotive industry
- Retail automotive background and/or experience desired but not required.
· Ideally, located in southern California.
