In this position you would oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources department. This position’s main functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work in conjunction with the Human Resources Specialist to ensure the day-to-day functions of the department are handled timely and accurately
- Maintain all internal employee files and ensure they are current
- Perform various internal audits as directed by Director of Human Resources
- Ensure that employee records in system are accurate and up to date at all times
- Maintain all internal tracking spreadsheets ensuring they are accurate and up to date at all times
- Work with our branches and management on all incoming information requests and help tickets
- Assist with internal recruiting projects as needed
- Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment with rapidly changing priorities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in human resources, this is an entry level position
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate both orally and written in a clear, concise and effective manner
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills
- Must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner in all situations
- Intermediate knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to learn our staffing and recruiting software
