Minimum Education:
• Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
• 2 Years hospital or ambulatory care experience or completion of a residency program in a hospital or ambulatory care setting.

Required License/Certification:
• Current pharmacy licensure with California State Board of Pharmacy
• Keck and Norris Hospital: BLS certification for Healthcare Provider, ACLS certification from American Heart Association
• Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
