As a Transactions Specialist II in JPMorgan Chase, you will process daily document transactions and perform the extraction of checks and remittances. Each function may have multiple tasks per transaction. These transactions require judgment and experience with limited direct supervision. While receiving clear instruction, you must maintain the highest level of production and accuracy daily and focus on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity. This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise.
Job Responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Participants must be 18 years or older
- Ability to analyze and comprehend client’s standard operating procedures and instructions
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Intermediate Qwerty keyboard usage and basic 10-key data entry
- Production environments focus on meeting deadlines and quotas
- Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination
- Strong ability to complete multiple manual tasks per transaction with precision
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Remittance Processing or banking operations experience preferred

Work Schedule
- Tuesday – Saturday
- 40 hours per week
- 1st shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM / 2nd shift: 2:00PM – 10:30PM
