Signal Processing Engineer
The Opportunity:
Your signal processing skills and determination are needed to develop the cutting-edge technology used to support the warfighter and maintain national security. Join an energetic team whose day-to-day mission involves breaking down the DoD's toughest challenges and communicating the essential results of that work to their leadership. As an engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems and that knowledge is key when it comes to modeling foreign threat radars, antennas, and communication systems. We’re looking for a problem solver who can use their skills to help perform detailed analyses, including the evaluation of the detectability of airborne systems and survivability analyses of threat systems and platforms to be deployed in future combat scenarios. We’re looking for lifelong learners and motivated, independent thinkers who can contribute to a fast-paced, team environment focused on client delivery. This is an opportunity to hone your technical abilities on significant and engineering problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.
Our signals processing team performs a variety of classified analyses of future threat and platform concepts for DoD clients, and we also develop the detailed models and simulations required. That’s why we need you, an engineer, physicist, or mathematician, with a solid background in signal processing to develop radar and antenna models. You’ll also perform modeling and simulation tasks in Fortran, C++, MATLAB, and Simulink. You’ll directly impact our DoD client's missions by helping determine the tactics, techniques, and procedures to improve survivability and vulnerability against foreign threat systems as well as helping make an informed decision for the acquisition of future systems.

Knowledge of RF fundamentals, including RF propagation, antennas, modulation schemes, and RF measurement techniques, for analyzing and interpreting RF signals
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with modeling and simulation, RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers (VNAs), and signal generators, for capturing and analyzing RF signals
Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithm and data engineering development
Knowledge of RF antennas or track filters
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
